We don't sell your data. We don't track you with ads. Your workspace is yours.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and usage data when you use our tools. We do not collect sensitive personal data, biometric data, or financial information beyond what's needed for payment processing.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve our services: authenticating your account, delivering news digests in your language, tracking your uptime monitors, and personalizing your workspace. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on encrypted servers in the European Union. We use HTTPS for all communications, bcrypt for password hashing, and regular security audits. Access to production data is restricted to essential personnel only.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (auth-token, refresh-token) and a theme preference cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Analytics are privacy-friendly and anonymized.
Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: payment processors (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting infrastructure. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements.
Your Rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from Settings. You can request full account deletion by contacting support. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
Data Deletion
When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement but cannot be linked back to you.
