Job Title: Accounting Technician Location: Montreal / Laval, QC (On-site) Salary: $60,000/year About Us D&R Services and Only Fresh Food are growing businesses in manpower services and food importing/distribution. We're looking for an experienced Accounting Technician to manage the day-to-day finances across both companies. About the Role You'll be responsible for the full accounting cycle for two active businesses ? keeping the books accurate, organized, and up to date. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a stable role with room to grow as the companies expand. Responsibilities * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for both businesses * Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries * Prepare financial statements and monthly reports * Process payroll and ensure remittances are filed on time * Track invoices, expenses, and budgets across both companies * Prepare documents for tax filings and work with external accountants as needed * Maintain organized financial records and support audits when required Qualifications * Experience as an accounting technician, bookkeeper, or in a similar role * Comfortable managing the finances of more than one business at a time * Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently * Good communication skills in English and/or French * DEC or certificate in Accounting/Finance is an asset What We Offer * Competitive salary starting at $60,000/year * A meaningful role with real impact on company culture * Opportunity to grow within the company as responsibilities expand How to Apply Walk-ins welcome!
