The Role We?re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team performance, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting and developing a strong team. What You?ll Do * Support and maintain a high standard of guest experience across all shifts * Coach and develop Barista / Front of House staff and Shift Supervisors * Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development * Monitor service flow, labour coverage, and step in during peak periods * Ensure accuracy, speed of service, and smooth daily operations * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards * Ensure food safety and health standards are consistently followed What We?re Looking For * Experience: 2+ years supervisory or team leadership in a high-volume café or hospitality environment. * Adaptability: A strong ability to multitask, manage busy service periods, and keep a cool head. * Versatility: Confident execution across both bar and front of house operations. * Communication: Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. * Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends.
