We are busy law office in the heart of Burnaby with a focus on family law, probate and estate litigation, civil, and immigration. We are looking for an experienced litigator to join our office. Desired Skills and Experience You must have 2-4 years of successful practice in family law, general civil or estate litigation, with strong client management skills. You must be comfortable in court, hearings, and similar. Remuneration Associates receive 50% of collected billings, plus GST. Associates are considered self-employed contractors for CRA purposes. Other Benefits All scheduling, billing, LSBC matters, and so forth, are handled by the office staff. Associates who bill $15,000 (per month) and up, have a full-time dedicated legal assistant.
