About the Role The company is seeking a Generative AI / Backend Developer to help build AI-powered products and scalable security automation solutions. You will design backend systems that integrate with generative AI models and APIs, develop SaaS platforms, and improve deployments across cloud and on-premises environments. Working closely with the founders and engineering leadership, you will help shape backend architecture and make important technical decisions. This role is suited to an experienced software developer who enjoys working with emerging AI technologies, building production-ready systems, and contributing in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that integrate with generative AI models and APIs. • Build scalable SaaS products that automate complex application security workflows. • Explore and apply emerging AI technologies while keeping up with relevant research and developments. • Optimize containerized deployments across cloud and on-premises environments. • Contribute to backend architecture and influence technical decisions as the product evolves. • Collaborate closely with founders and engineering leadership on product development and technical direction. • Help deliver AI-powered cybersecurity solutions that address customer needs and support product growth. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of software development experience. • Strong backend development experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar programming languages. • Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, models, or APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models. • Experience developing SaaS platforms. • Understanding of application security concepts. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
