The Danish Pastry House is a rapidly expanding company that serves authentic pastries, cakes, breads, sandwiches and coffee. The company aims to create an outstanding presence in the food and retail industry. Projecting more stores throughout the GTA We are currently looking for a part time Barista (aprox 30hrs a week) to join our team at our Scotia Bank location. This location is Monday to Friday. Must be availble to work between the hours of 6am-7pm If you are energetic and positive with a bubbly and caring heart, this job is for you! Job Responsibilities: * Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, along with pastries and cookies. * Provide outstanding customer service. * Know and sell your products. * Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation. * Follow health and safety guidelines. * Able to easily multi-task. * Handle a fast-paced work environment. * Contribute to a positive team environment. * Available between 6am-7pm Qualifications: * 1 year or more experience in making espresso-based coffees with a manual espresso machine/barista experience. * 1 year or more customer service in the food and beverage industry Pay: $17.95 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (required) * barista: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
