Duties * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately * Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage food handling responsibilities with integrity * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and serving stations * Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices * Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience * Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn * Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests * Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is advantageous * Experience in the food industry or serving roles will help you excel in this dynamic position Join us as a Barista and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering excellent service while honing your skills in the food industry.
