Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a design-focused showroom environment serving trade professionals such as interior designers and architects. This role supports a business specializing in high-end decorative products, including textiles, wallcoverings, lighting, and accessories. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity Process transactions and support month-end close Work within QuickBooks Desktop to ensure accurate financial reporting Partner with internal team members in a fast-paced, detail-oriented office Qualifications: 5+ years of bookkeeping experience Prior industry experience in interior design is required Related experience in architecture or engineering may also be considered Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work fully on-site in a collaborative office setting This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on bookkeeping professional who understands the pace and nuances of a design-driven business.
