Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases * Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments * Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and accountability * Provide product information and perform product demos when needed * Upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals * Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and welcoming * Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times * Use technology sales techniques to promote store offerings when appropriate * Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual skills are a plus * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Experience * Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills are advantageous * Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency, are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing transactions accurately * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$34.82 per hour Work Location: In person
