Skills * Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic and Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping. * Experience working with pediatric patients, demonstrating patience and effective communication skills. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental procedures and patient histories. * Prior experience working in a dental office setting, understanding daily operations and patient flow management. * Excellent clinical skills combined with compassionate patient interaction abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high standards of care.
