Responsibilities * Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment thoroughly using appropriate cleaning methods. * Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. * Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food prep or ingredient organization. * Help manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental policies. * Support the team during busy service times by ensuring all necessary clean items are available promptly. * Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety. * Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any equipment issues.
