Maintain the dish area in a good state of organization and cleanliness. Take out garbage regularly throughout day. Job duties * Work with management and kitchen production team * Cleaning duties to ensure timely smooth operation of the kitchen * Performs other duties, as directed by management Requirements * Experience in dishwashing and kitchen operations * Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Other details Position is full-time days during the week, and requires the right person to be flexible to work on some weekends.
