Duties: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized - Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas - Empty trash containers regularly - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation is a plus - Ability to handle and clean kitchen equipment safely - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects - A positive attitude and reliability are important.
