Kidstown Daycare & Out of School Care is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Childhood Educators (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) to join our team! We are an established childcare centre in West Edmonton, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, explore, and grow. We value teamwork, positive relationships, and meaningful learning experiences that support every child's development. Responsibilities Plan and participate in age-appropriate, play-based activities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Provide active supervision and maintain a safe environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Assist with daily routines, meals, transitions, and outdoor play. Observe children's interests and encourage learning through exploration. Follow Alberta childcare licensing requirements and centre policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Qualifications Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification: Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3. A caring, patient, dependable, and positive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a busy childcare environment. Knowledge of child development and active supervision. Previous childcare experience is an asset.
