We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Subprime Finance Manager to join our team and help customers secure automotive financing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in automotive financing who wants to develop their skills, build lender relationships, and increase their earning potential in a performance-driven environment. The Opportunity You'll work with customers across a range of credit profiles, helping them find suitable vehicle financing solutions. You'll be responsible for managing applications, working with lenders, structuring deals, and following up to turn applications into funded sales. We're looking for someone who has a basic understanding of automotive finance and is eager to learn, improve, and produce results. Responsibilities * Review and assess customer credit applications. * Submit financing applications to appropriate lenders. * Work with subprime and alternative lending programs. * Structure deals to maximize approval opportunities while meeting lender requirements. * Follow up with lenders to obtain approvals and satisfy outstanding conditions. * Communicate with customers to collect required documents and information. * Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into completed and funded deals. * Maintain accurate customer files and financing documentation. * Ensure all transactions comply with applicable regulations and dealership procedures. Qualifications * Some experience in automotive financing, subprime lending, dealership sales, or a related financial services role is preferred. * Basic understanding of credit applications, lender approvals, and financing structures. * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. * Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment. * Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn. * Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. * OMVIC registration, or eligibility to obtain the required registration, is an asset, subject to the role's applicable requirements.
