Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bussers/Runners to join our team at Soluna, a premier fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. As a Busser/Runner, you will play an essential role in supporting our service team and ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. Job Type: Casual Employment Key Responsibilities: * Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the dining room, restrooms, and service stations. * Support the flow of service by delivering water, bread, and other items as needed, while anticipating the needs of guests and staff. * Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events and functions. * Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. * Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. * Assist with stocking supplies and inventory as required, ensuring that all items are readily available for service. Knowledge: * Familiarity with fine dining service standards and practices is a plus. * Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. * Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to service. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Busser/Runner or in a similar role in a fine dining environment is preferred. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
