_We are looking for a Full-Time Forklift Operator / Production labourer to work with our Redcliff production team. This role involves the production of various steel products used in commercial and residential buildings. _ _Who are we? We are Metal Roofing and Siding Experts. We offer a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package. _ _If this sounds like a fit for you, please apply below! _ Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities: · Move inventory and materials across facilities safely · Stack and organize large bulk items · Pull inventory to prepare for shipment · Load and unload trucks · Update inventory activity, lists, records and log all completed tasks · Note and request any damaged materials or replacements needed · Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations · Ensure daily forklift checklists are recorded and submitted · Inspect machinery to determine need for repairs, and ensure safety by performing regular maintenance · Report quality concerns, and production issues to the Plant Manager as soon as they occur Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications: · High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) · Current forklift license and certification required · _1+ years of experience working with heavy machinery, forklifts, or other related equipment _ · Able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb repeatedly during the shift · Can lift up to 50 lbs · Valid driver?s license · Must be dependable · Attention to detail is essential Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision care Experience: * forklift: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
