Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance team by providing seasonal procedure services to our 40+ locations across Fredericton. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and experienced person who will be able to work independently. You must be reliable, organized and be physically fit. All vehicles and equipment are supplied by the company. The role entails but is not limited to the following: Fall / Spring Responsibilities: * Leaf pick up * Pressure wash buildings and sidewalks * Painting Summer Responsibilities: * Mow lawns * Trim bushes * Cut back branches * Weeding and upkeep of garden beds Winter Responsibilities: * Shoveling and plowing snow * Snow removal * Occasional operation of walk behind snow blower * Spreading ice melter / salt * Spreading sand Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to operational excellence!
