Duties * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed * Operate spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to apply paint, coatings, or finishes * Use power tools, equipment for surface preparation or repair tasks * Perform inspections to ensure coating quality and consistency across projects * Follow safety protocols related to water base paint handling, equipment operation, and workspace organization * Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used * put attention to details Experience * Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial painting preferred * familiarity in using hand tools, power tools.
