We are seeking a highly organized Inventory Data Entry Clerk This job posting is a temporary full time position, approximately a few months Duties * Logging all inventory in an organized spreadsheet or software program and ensuring that quantities of products are accurate with the proper information. * Perform data entry tasks accurately using QuickBooks and excel to maintain up-to-date records. * Transfer data from Sage 50 to QuickBooks online * Enter, update, and audit inventory data in internal systems Qualifications * 2+ years of inventory control is a must * Proficiency in using the Inventory module in QuickBooks, and Sage 50 * Experience with Excel spreadsheets is a must * Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing accuracy Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Work Location: In person
