Role : Java Developer with Hadoop and Hive Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas TX / Newark DE (Locals ONLY) Duration: Fulltime Role Java Developer with Hadoop Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: Spring boot, Core java, Hadoop, pyspark, Hive Secondary: Kafka Experience: 10+ years We are seeking a Java Developer with strong expertise in Java 10+ and modern backend application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications. Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem technologies is required to support data-intensive applications and integrations, though this is not a core Hadoop development role. Must Have Skills Java 10+/11+/17+ Spring Boot Microservices Architecture RESTful Web Services Kafka OpenShift / Kubernetes Oracle SQL / PL-SQL JUnit, Mockito Git, Maven, CI/CD Basic to Intermediate Hadoop ecosystem experience.
