Licensed Practical Nurse

Weekend Night LPN (Full-Time) Provide compassionate bedside care in a supportive, mission-driven healthcare environment. Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor and assess vital signs, and promptly report any changes in patient condition. Key Duties Perform direct patient care Administer medications per care plan Monitor vital signs and observe patient status Document care and clinical information in the EHR Report patient concerns promptly and communicate effectively Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to support treatment plans and patient safety Qualifications & Skills Current LPN licensure Strong bedside assessment and nursing care skills Competence with medication administration Accurate, timely EHR documentation Clear communication and teamwork with clinical partners Patient-focused, compassionate approach to care
