Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Full-time Weekend Night LPN providing compassionate bedside nursing care in a supportive, mission-driven healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and bedside support. Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans. Monitor and assess vital signs, observing for changes in condition. Document patient care and findings in the EHR accurately and timely. Promptly report concerns and significant changes to RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Collaborate with the care team to promote patient safety and positive outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN licensure and strong clinical judgment. Ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care. Proficiency with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and EHR documentation. Effective communication and teamwork with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary members.
