Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Evening Line Cook to join our team. Responsibilities * Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following established recipes and standards * Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for service * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices * Ensure all food served meets safety regulations and quality standards by adhering to food safety protocols * Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that enhances the guest experience * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed * Support meal preparation during busy evening shifts, ensuring timely delivery of orders to the bar and take out orders. Requirements * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly as a line cook or in a similar role * Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices * Familiarity with serving protocols and food handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced pub setting while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities * Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed * Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable Join us as an Evening Line Cook to be part of a dynamic team that values quality food, exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere.
