We?re looking for experienced line cooks to join our team and help support our new chef and menu in a restaurant where everything will be made from scratch. If you take pride in your cooking, enjoy working with fresh ingredients, and work well in a busy kitchen, we?d love to hear from you. What you?ll do: * Prepare and cook dishes from scratch with consistent quality and presentation. * Work alongside our chef to execute the new menu. * Keep your station organized, clean, and ready for service. * Contribute to a positive, dependable kitchen team. What we?re looking for: * Previous line cook experience, ideally in a scratch kitchen. * Strong prep, knife, and cooking skills. * The ability to stay organized and focused during busy service. * Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
