Duties * Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and shipping processes * Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) to schedule freight, manage carriers, and track shipments in real-time * Support procurement and sourcing efforts by managing purchase orders, vendor relationships, and pricing negotiations * Work closely building carrier and partner relationships. * Manage tracking and tracing with all levels of the supply chain. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand planning needs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency * Manage shipping & receiving operations, including freight scheduling, 3PL partnerships, and compliance with safety standards such as forklift operation Skills * Strong knowledge of Transportation and distribution Experience with procurement processes and sourcing strategies within supply chain environments * Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), such as Rose Rocket, Load link and Broker Pro platforms * Excellent data analysis skills for demand planning, pricing strategies, and process optimization * Familiarity with freight logistics, 3PL providers, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control. * Proficient with excel and building pricing models. * Highly motivated and experienced with negotiation skills. * Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise fuels our supply chain success!
