With clinics across multiple provinces and continued national expansion, we are building a modern, outcomes?driven growth engine for Canadian mental healthcare. The Opportunity We are hiring a Growth & Market Development Manager to build and lead a function that connects marketing ? inquiry ? assessment ? treatment ? referral ? measurable growth. This is a build role, you will not inherit a mature marketing department. You will create one. Your work will directly influence patient access, clinician referral pathways, and BrainStim?s national growth strategy. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Growth (B2C) * Lead paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, content strategy, email/lifecycle marketing, and CRM analytics. * Focus on measurable outcomes: qualified inquiries, progression to assessment/treatment, and cost per acquisition. * Identify bottlenecks in the patient journey and implement improvements. 2. Clinician Referral Growth (B2B) * Build referral relationships with family physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, primary care clinics, and rehab providers. * Deliver education, outreach, webinars, and structured CRM follow?up. * Ensure clinicians clearly understand who we treat, when to refer, how to refer, and what happens to their patient. 3. Partnerships & Communications * Develop partnerships with healthcare organizations, professional groups, employers, and rehabilitation partners. * Translate complex clinical services into clear, accessible messaging for patients, clinicians, and partners. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and brand alignment. What Success Looks Like in Year One * Increased volume of qualified patient inquiries at an improving acquisition cost * Stronger and more consistent clinician referral activity * Improved conversion across inquiry ? assessment ? treatment * New referral and partnership channels established * Clear visibility into performance metrics and growth drivers First 90 days: assess current channels, map the patient journey, establish baselines, identify gaps, and begin executing targeted improvements.
