We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Paralegal with 3?5 years of experience in Accident Benefits (AB), Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), and Small Claims Court matters. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. * Independently manage Accident Benefits files, including settlement negotiations. * Handle LTB and Small Claims Court matters from start to finish. * Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel. * Manage deadlines, hearings, and case files. Requirements: * 3?5 years of relevant experience. * Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario. * Strong communication, negotiation, and file management skills. * Experience in Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) proceedings and immigration matters will be considered an asset.
