Join us in delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. * Full Time, 32 hours KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Check prescriptions for accuracy. * Counsel on prescription and OTC medications. * Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits * Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians, Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team) * NO OAT/NO METHADONE QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor of Pharmacy. * License to practice in British Columbia * Knowledge of Kroll® pharmacy system is a must * Superior interpersonal skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
