Part A with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) or equivalent Canadian provincial pharmacy regulatory authority (Mandatory). * Experience: 1+ years of experience in a community pharmacy setting. * Specialized Skills: Prior experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding is strongly preferred. * Patient & Customer Care: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and patient-centered care. * Health Focus: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and preventative care. * Communication & Professionalism: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for collaborating with patients and healthcare teams. * Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Organization: Outstanding time management, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. * Operational Adherence: Full commitment to upholding Smith?s Pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant provincial healthcare standards.
