Primary Care Physician

Role Summary: Provide evidence-based outpatient primary care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities Deliver preventive care and health screenings. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Prescribe medications and other appropriate therapies. Coordinate patient care across services and specialties to ensure continuity. Support clinical quality efforts and population health initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Medical judgment grounded in evidence-based practice, strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities, effective patient communication, and the capability to collaborate in coordinated care while contributing to quality and population health goals.
