We're Hiring! Production & Operations Manager ? Custom Millwork Two Birds Crafted Interiors is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Production & Operations Manager to lead our woodworking shop and oversee the successful execution of our custom interior projects. We specialize in custom cabinetry, built-ins, interior doors, decorative beams, feature walls, and architectural millwork. What You'll Do: * Plan and prepare projects for manufacturing, including drawings, material lists, and production requirements. * Manage daily shop operations and lead our production team. * Coordinate material ordering, production schedules, and installations. * Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to our quality standards. * Monitor labour hours, identify bottlenecks, and improve production workflows. * Work closely with ownership to keep projects organized and moving forward. What We're Looking For: * 5+ years of experience in cabinetry, custom millwork, or woodworking. * Previous shop supervision or production management experience. * Strong understanding of woodworking construction, materials, and shop drawings. * Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Someone who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and keeps a team on track. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys both planning projects and being actively involved on the shop floor.
