The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered frontend solutions , capable of driving UI architecture while actively contributing to development. Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on front-end development experience Expert-level experience with ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and Web Performance Optimization Experience building component-driven architectures and reusable UI libraries Strong understanding of modern frontend patterns, state management, and SSR/SSG concepts Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices AWS experience including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and related frontend-hosting services Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or Datadog Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and automated UI testing Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in modern cloud environments Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities , agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, guardrails, and AI-powered user experiences Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using ReactJS and Next.js Build reusable UI components and establish frontend best practices Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience Integrate frontend applications with APIs and cloud services Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve frontend application reliability and performance Contribute to AI-driven experiences and next-generation frontend capabilities
