Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Human Resources team. * Create and implement a targeted sourcing plan to proactively source strong candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.) * Assess talent by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. * Partner with hiring managers to define and implement appropriate recruitment and selection strategies that support the achievement of business goals. * Partner closely with Talent Acquisition coordinators who lead the administration and coordination tasks related to recruitment. * Contribute to important projects and initiatives to advance the talent acquisition function. What We?re Looking For * 3-5 years? experience as a recruiter preferably within a corporate environment. * Prior recruitment experience is required. * Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience. * The following are considered an asset: * Experience in the financial services industry * Bilingualism in French/English * Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation The Expertise You Bring * Strong communication, and social skills. * Excellent sourcing and screening skills. * Ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization. * Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities/demands. * Curious attitude. Willingness to learn about the investment/wealth management industry. * Ability to demonstrate a true desire to be proactive and persistent in meeting strategic objectives. * Discretion when handling confidential information. Pay: $47.00-$56.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
