Lead HVAC Service & Installation Technician ? Gas & Refrigeration Go Industries Inc. ? Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick $30?$40 per hour | Contract | In Person Work With Go Industries. Go Industries is looking for an experienced HVAC technician qualified in both gas and refrigeration to support installation and service work in New Brunswick. Our immediate project is a residential multi-zone mini-split heat-pump installation in Grand Bay-Westfield. We are also looking to establish a dependable local working relationship for future heating, cooling and service assignments. This opportunity is for a skilled professional who takes pride in doing the job properly, confidently diagnoses and solves problems, and provides customers with an outstanding experience. What You?ll Be Doing: Install and commission multi-zone mini-split and ductless heat-pump systems. Install, service and repair furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. Work on boilers and conventional or tankless water heaters within your qualifications and authorized scope. Diagnose refrigeration, gas, electrical-control and equipment-performance issues. Perform pressure testing, evacuation, leak checks and manufacturer-required commissioning. Complete maintenance, combustion testing and equipment inspections where applicable. Review project requirements and identify materials or site concerns before work begins. Obtain office approval for changes to the agreed scope. Verify installation quality and equipment operation before completion. Complete accurate service notes, installation photos, equipment records and commissioning documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and coordinate with the Go Industries office. Provide guidance to helpers or junior technicians when assigned. Represent Go Industries professionally at every job. What We?re Looking For: Valid New Brunswick G2 or G1 gas technician licence. Refrigeration and air-conditioning trade certification recognized in New Brunswick. Strong experience installing and commissioning multi-zone mini-split heat pumps. Proven HVAC service and troubleshooting experience. Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer documentation. Confidence working independently and making informed field decisions. High standards of workmanship, safety and attention to detail. Professional, respectful and customer-focused communication. Ability to organize jobs, materials and documentation. Valid driver?s licence and reliable transportation. Access to the tools and testing equipment required for the agreed work. References and proof of current qualifications. Red Seal endorsement, sheet-metal experience, hydronics experience and manufacturer training are considered strong assets. What We Offer: $30?$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
