Overview: We?re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You?ll serve as the face of the brand, helping customers, showcasing products, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience. LOCATION- (MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACCROSS GTA) HAMILTON,TORONTO,MISSISSAUGA,KITCHENER Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and assist with product selection * Perform product demonstrations * Operate POS system and handle cash transactions * Stay informed on promotions and sales * Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, including over the phone * Maintain clean, organized, and stocked sales floor * Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals Qualifications: * Preferred but not required: * 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or phone etiquette * Familiarity with cash handling procedures * Strong communication and basic math skills * Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ideal For: Someone who enjoys a dynamic retail setting, values customer interaction, and wants to grow their experience in sales and service.
