RESPONSIBILITIES * Greeting and directing of customers in-store * Coordinating with other Retail Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service to customers * Answering questions regarding the store and its merchandise * Interacting directly with customers either by telephone, email or in-person * Processing payments through Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit cards, and store gift cards * Ensuring displays are fully stocked and cleaned DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS * Outgoing, positive, professional attitude * General understanding of Sales principles and Customer Service practices * Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Basic math skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently * Ability to work independently and in a group setting, as required * Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as required SUMMARY As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding Customer Service and driving sales in our store.
