We believe in making grocery shopping convenient, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone. Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help ensure smooth store operations, support sales and customer service, and represent the My Kirana brand. Key Responsibilities: * Store Operations: * Assist with daily store operations * Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves * Support inventory management (stocking, replenishment, back stock, receiving deliveries) * Help with online order fulfillment and home delivery processes * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager. Sales: * Meet and strive to exceed daily sales targets * Actively assist customers on the sales floor, providing product recommendations Customer Experience & Community: * Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times * Offer product knowledge and answer customer questions * Promote store events and seasonal promotions Teamwork: * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive store environment * Support and motivate others to provide excellent service Requirements: * Available to work throughout the Holiday Season (November 15th to January 15th), including Black Friday, December 24th, December 26th, and December 31st * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Energetic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented * Flexible availability (weekdays and weekends) * Willingness to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers * A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to succeed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Work Location: In person
