Job Role: SDET / Test Automation Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Mode of Hiring: Full-time Job Summary Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Selenium Testing Automation Cloud Application Testing and Python within the PYTHONCLOUDNATIVE skill cluster family to lead and enhance automation testing initiatives Job Description Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure highquality software delivery Perform comprehensive testing of cloudnative applications to validate functionality performance and security Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CICD pipelines Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to support informed decisionmaking and continuous product improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Selenium automation Python scripting and cloud application testing Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and automation strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of robust automated test suites for cloudbased applications using Selenium and Python Identify document and track defects while working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution Mentor and guide junior team members on test automation best practices tools and frameworks Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business requirements Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback related to test automation Optimize existing test automation frameworks to improve performance scalability and maintainability Support integration of automated tests into CICD pipelines to enable seamless and efficient testing workflows Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and methodologies in cloudnative application testing and automation"
