About the Opportunity: The SENIOR FULL-STACK ENGINEER (LARAVEL / VUE.JS) role focuses on expanding and enhancing the mobility platform by developing high-quality frontend and backend applications. This position is responsible for solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that software development aligns with user experience and business goals. Responsibilities: Develop and expand frontend and backend applications Participate in architecture design, specification reviews, testing, implementation, code reviews, debugging, and documentation Utilize AI tools and workflows to improve development and problem-solving Independently manage complex technical projects with cross-functional collaboration Apply a product and user-experience perspective to software development Conduct software testing using PHPUnit, Unit, and E2E Implement core features affecting customer experiences Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems promptly Requirements: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years as a Laravel/PHP Developer At least 3 years full-stack experience with Laravel 11.x+ and Vue.js 3.x or similar frameworks Preferred experience with ML/AI and AI-enabled development tools Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, architecture, OOP, and database design Proficient in REST API development Familiarity with MySQL and other database technologies Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Collaborative and product-focused mindset Excellent verbal communication Detail-oriented with pixel-perfect standards Preferred experience in startup or fast-moving environments Preferred remote work experience Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range $140,000 to $160,000 plus bonus Benefits & Perks: Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Remote Workplace Flexible Work Schedules Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
