Job Description Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members. Lead by example as a hands-on contributor while enabling team success and delivery excellence. Perform code reviews and establish development standards, security controls, and best practices. Solution Architecture & Design: Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions using both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development. Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse. Develop architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs. Define technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and solution deployment strategies. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Development & Delivery: Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to refine and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop detailed technical designs, sprint plans, and work breakdown structures within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks. Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, plugins, and integrations. Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external enterprise systems. Lead functional workstreams and coordinate activities across developers, testers, business SMEs, and project teams.
