Software Engineer (Backend) | Tempe, AZ 100% Onsite | Up to $140,000 Base + 10% Bonus A rapidly growing technology-driven organization is seeking a Software Engineer (Backend) to join their engineering team in Tempe, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, customer-facing applications while helping drive the design and development of modern cloud-native platforms. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable cloud-native microservices Build and enhance REST APIs and distributed backend services Develop solutions using AWS cloud technologies, serverless architectures, and containerized environments Partner with architects and engineering leaders on system design, platform modernization, and technical strategy Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices Evaluate emerging technologies and participate in proof-of-concept initiatives Collaborate across engineering teams to develop reusable components and drive technical excellence What We're Looking For 6+ years of software engineering experience building scalable web applications and APIs Strong backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript Expertise designing and building microservices architectures Experience with AWS, including cloud-native and serverless technologies Strong experience with MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL databases Experience with CI/CD tools, containers, Docker, and modern development practices Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies Nice to Have React or React Native experience GraphQL experience Salesforce platform exposure Kubernetes experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $140,000 10% annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package Strong career growth opportunities Fast interview process with an immediate hiring timeline Location & Work Authorization 100% Onsite in Tempe, Arizona (remote/hybrid not available) Open to: U.S. Citizens Green Card Holders (Permanent Residents) F-1 Students with valid work authorization No sponsorship available now or in the future.
