Software Engineer (On-Site Hybrid Role)

Software Engineer (.NET) | $80,000 - $110,000 | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite) Build technology that powers one of the fastest-growing waste and recycling companies in the Northeast. Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications that support critical business operations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Ohio. Location & Schedule 📍 Teaneck, NJ 🏢 Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote 🗓️ Monday - Friday 💰 $80,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience) What You'll Do Build and maintain applications using C# and .NET 8+ Develop and support REST APIs and system integrations Design scalable solutions that improve business operations Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Contribute to application architecture, performance enhancements, and modernization initiatives Other Duties as requested What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of software development experience Strong experience with C#, .NET 8+, SQL Server, and API development Experience building and supporting enterprise applications Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Bonus Points For Blazor Azure Cloud Services Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines Mobile Application Development Financial/Payment Systems Integration Important Requirement Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States with unrestricted work authorization.
