Responsibilities * Lead and supervise all store functions, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and staff scheduling. * Recruit, interview, and train team members to build a high-performing, motivated workforce dedicated to delivering outstanding service. * Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail. * Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays that attract customers and boost sales. * Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and inventory tracking while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed meticulously. * Implement marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to increase store visibility and customer engagement. * Maintain excellent communication with staff through effective training & development programs while fostering a positive team environment. * Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and organizational skills to resolve issues promptly. * Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanliness, and operational policies. Experience * Proven supervising experience in retail management or a related field demonstrating leadership capabilities. * Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques. * Familiarity with POS systems, bookkeeping practices, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to recruit and interview potential team members effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. * Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional communication skills for training staff, marketing initiatives, and customer interactions.
