Job Description Review federal and state income taxes for Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client industries Prepare internal memoranda, written correspondence/guidance, private letter rulings and other documents for submission to the IRS, Treasury Department, or other taxing authorities Provide technical training Participate in staff mentorship program Manage performance and development of staff members Manage multiple clients, budgets and productivity goals Practice development
