Job Summary The Pharmacy Technician supports safe, organized medication services by assisting with medication preparation, handling, and related pharmacy workflows. This role works closely with pharmacists and other healthcare colleagues, using accurate communication and careful attention to detail to help keep patient care coordinated. Duties * Assist with preparing, organizing, and distributing medications according to established procedures and pharmacist direction. * Support medication administration workflows and communicate relevant information to pharmacists and care teams. * Use medical terminology appropriately, maintain accurate records, and handle medication-related information carefully. * Help keep pharmacy work areas and supplies organized, and raise questions or concerns promptly. * Your impact: Reliable support helps colleagues coordinate medication services and contributes to attentive patient care. Qualifications Required: Practical capability to follow medication-handling procedures, communicate clearly with healthcare colleagues, maintain accurate records, and apply medical terminology in pharmacy workflows. Preferred: Pharmacy technician experience and hospital experience, along with familiarity with patient care and medication administration, are valuable strengths for supporting coordinated services.
