The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires for various vehicles. The Tire Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties * Install, balance, and rotate tires on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. * Inspect tires for wear and damage, providing recommendations for replacement or repair. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tire-related services. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. * Perform routine maintenance on equipment used in tire servicing. * Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills * Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred but not required * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
