The Opportunity As our Residential Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, coordinating crews, suppliers, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer communication. You will also help improve how we work. That means identifying recurring problems, recommending practical solutions, and helping turn those solutions into consistent processes. You do not need to arrive with every answer. You do need sound judgment, roofing knowledge, and the willingness to raise concerns early, ask for support, and follow through. What You Will Be Responsible For * Planning and managing residential roofing projects from start to finish. * Coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and schedules. * Monitoring budgets, job costs, progress, and workmanship. * Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout their projects. * Addressing field issues promptly and involving leadership when decisions or additional support are needed. * Maintaining accurate project records using JobNimbus or similar software. * Supporting safe work practices and WorkSafeBC compliance. * Completing deficiencies and project close-outs thoroughly. * Helping improve systems, communication, and coordination between the field and office. Experience and Qualifications * Strong working knowledge of sloped and flat roofing systems. * Understanding of roofing safety, installation methods, and quality standards. * Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping schedules, costs, and details organized. * Confidence communicating with homeowners, crews, subcontractors, and leadership. * Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM and project management software. * Three or more years of project management experience preferred. * Three or more years of roofing experience preferred. * A trade certificate or equivalent prac
