VFX project manager

Project Manager ? Full-Time Join the team at VIA Plumbing Heating & Drainage Ltd. in Vancouver! We're looking for an office-based Project Manager to keep every job running smoothly ? the person who keeps our projects coordinated, followed up, and moving every day. About the Role As Project Manager, you'll be based in our Richmond office, coordinating all active projects and acting as the link between our field teams, the office, clients, and general contractors. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and "lubricate" all ongoing projects, so every job runs smoothly from start to finish. * Follow up on every job daily ? track progress, chase updates, and close out outstanding items. * Handle project office work: emails, documents, and scheduling. * Act as the communication bridge between job sites, the office, clients, and general contractors. * Follow up on quotations, leads, and client inquiries, and help convert them into confirmed orders. * Keep in touch with existing clients and general contractors to win repeat business. * Prepare job summaries and progress reports for management. * Be available for weekend on-call duty (preferred). What We're Looking For: * Experience: Project coordination experience in construction, plumbing, or mechanical contracting, or office administration experience with a construction company. * Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with relentless follow-through. * Licence: A valid BC Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record. * Legal Documentation: A valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and proper identification. * Skills: Professional communication and email skills; bilingual English/Chinese is an asset. * Sales Ability: Sales-minded, with a track record of following up quotations and leads and helping secure orders. * Availability: Willing to be on call on weekends (preferred).
