Job Description Job Description The General Warehouse Associate supports daily operations in a distribution center, reporting to the Distribution Center Manager. This role performs all warehouse functions, including receiving and put-away, order picking and packing, shipping and loading, and maintaining an organized work environment. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments. Complete receiving and put-away activities. Pick items accurately for customer orders. Pack orders for shipment. Load trucks for outbound deliveries. Organize and maintain the warehouse. Support all warehouse functions as needed. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with material handling. Order-picking experience. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices. Physical stamina. Teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective time-management skills.
